Eat Mostly – Most to Least (Eat organic foods exclusively if possible.)

  • Legumes – Peas, Beans, etc.
  • Plain Raw Nuts, Seeds, and Fruit

Necessary  Regularly in Small Quantities

  • Fresh Ground Flax Seed for Omega 3  (Add to Meals)
  • B12 Fortified Foods (Vegan) or B12 Supplement (Vegan)

Good Occasionally in Small Amounts

  • Brown Rice
  • Flax Seed Oil – Organic Unrefined
  • Olive Oil – Organic First Cold Pressed

• Raw Best
• Steamed Next Best
• Boiled or Baked Not as Good
• Broiled Bad
• Barbecued Worse
• Fried Worst
• Microwaved Worst

 

No Animal Products

  • Meat  (All Types including Fish)
  • Dairy;  Milk, Cheese, and Butter
  • Eggs

No Hydrogenated Fats

  • Vegetable Shortening
  • Margarine
  • Partially Hydrogenated Oils

No Unhealthy Refined Oils

  • Vegetable Oil
  • Canola Oil
  • Corn Oil
  • Soybean Oil

No Refined or Starchy Carbohydrates

  • Refined Sugar
  • Bread
  • Pasta
  • White Rice
  • White Potato

No Alcohol
